Bookings
There is a consultation fee to secure a initial assessment, if you chose to go ahead with the treatment this will be redeemed against the treatment package.
Refunds
We are very careful to manage expectations, hence a thorough consultation/pre-treatment consultation is carried out. If you do not wish to proceed with Femme360 treatment following your initial consultation or you are not a suitable candidate for the treatment then your consultation fee will be refunded.
Due to the bespoke package and hygiene reasons, treatments which have taken place will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Cancellations and reschedule of appointments
If you wish to cancel or re-arrange your appointment we kindly ask you to give as much notice as possible, minimum 24 hours notice. Cancellations can be made via phone or email.
Complaints Policy
Complaints should be made via email and we aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
